Objectives: To show young children farm aniamls.  Will also allow them to color the anilmals
Brief Description:This software will show young children the animals around the farm.  A simple program to use so the children will enjoy it especially the coloring of the animals.This program is one way to introduce young children to the computer.  This program has voice sounds, ie) it will say their name and that will keep the children interested.
Entry Capabilities Required: ages 3 and up; is used for entry level children

Relevance to objectives: 4; its usefulness is to introduce  children to farm animals and what they look like.
Provides practice of relevant skills:4 1/2; this allows the children to learn how to use a computer without getting frustrated because of ease of use.  Almost any child can use this program with minimal input from an adult.
Likely to arouse/maintain interest: 5; This program is sure to keep their interest.  The coloring and the voice activation sounds and especially hearing their own name.
Likely to be comprehended clearly: 4; This could be used for clear comprehension but obveously a trip to a real farm would be more useful.
