DIRECTIONS/LOCATION: From Potsdam and Canton, take Hwy 11 south to Gouverneur. Carolina's is located at the corner of Main (Rte.11) and Park Street (the third traffic light as you come from the north into town). The restaurant is on the corner, across from the clock in the park.
PARKING: Street parking in Gouverneur is un-metered (free). Park in the street in front or across from the restaurant, along the far side of the park, or behind the restaurant in the large free parking lot.
ACCESSIBILITY: The restaurant is at street level
