Summer 2006

This is the whirligig crew for the summer of 2006. Sandy LaBuda (left) finished from SUNY Geneseo and is currently in Vet school at Cornell. Her summer work was recently published (see publications section of this website). Matan Shelomi (middle) graduated from Harvard University and is currently a Post Doctoral student in Entomology at UC Davis. Adrienne Barnard (right) finished at SUNY Potsdam and is currently in Vet school at Cornell.
Summer 2005
Will Donelan and Sarah Waybright (above) worked with the whirligig project during the summer of 2005. Will graduated from SUNY Potsdam and is a graduate student at the University of Florida. Sarah graduated from Franklin and Marshall College and is currently a graduate student at Drexel University.
Summer 2004

These are the "Whirlettes" from the summer of 2004.
Emily Galbraith (left) finished at Ohio Wesleyan University and went on to do graduate work on spider behavior at the University of Cincinnati. She was co-author on a recent paper on her whirligig work. Abi Wallace (middle) finished at Oberlin College and also co-authored a recent paper. Alissa Walston (right) finished at Cornell University co-authored a recent paper. See the publications section on this website for references.
