radius is 1ft. and the height is 2ft., then the area of the base is 2pi ft.2,
so the volume is 2pi x 2 = 4pi ft.3.
But the two
solids are not of the same volume!
A similar calculation
for the other solid gives 8pi ft.3.
What
happened?
