PUZZLE #80 How many triangles?

This is a common puzzle on many websites.

A. How many triangles of various sizes do you see in the big 5x5 (equilateral) triangle below?

B. If you divide the big triangle into 4x4 or 6x6 small triangles, how many triangles will you get?

Is there a pattern here? If so, what is it?
