Funded by NSF CCLI program, the AFM Laboratory is equipped with a Veeco Digital Instruments Nanoscope III, a Multi Mode Scanning Probe microscope, which includes:
- AFM (Atomic Force Microscope)
- STM (Scanning Tunneling Microscope)
- ESTM (Electrochemical STM)
- MSPM (Magnetic Scanning Probe Microscope)
