Supplying Alcohol: Legally Responsible Adult or Irresponsible Minor?
A 19-year-old adult in Bennington Vermont has been charged with supplying alcohol to underage minors. However, alcohol laws define her as a minor herself.
So a minor has been charged with a crime as an adult for supplying alcohol to other minors
Being legally both a minor and an adult at the same time seems as impossible as being both tall and short.
