COLLEGE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION AVERAGE "VERY SMALL"

The median, or average, number of drinks consumed by college students is 1.5 per week, according to the Harvard School of Public Health College Alcohol Study of 17, 592 students at 140 colleges and universities across the United States. The authors of the study describe this cosumption number as "very small."
