Alcohol and Nudity

A federal judge has ruled that a Daytona Beach law prohibiting nudity in places licensed to sell alcoholic beverages is unconstitutional. He said such laws violate both the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the US constitution.

In addition, the judge held that the city had failed to prove its claim that adult nightclubs lead to increased crime, prostitution and illegal drug activity in surrounding neighborhoods.
