Keeping Alcohol Away from Teenagers
An observer writing in the International Herald Tribune contends that "finding ever more ingenious ways of keeping teenagers away from alcohol will simply make them want it more, and their will to have it will be stronger than a parent's will to keep it away from them. Guess who will win?" She contends that "what is needed is to teach teenagers to drink responsibly."
