"Binge drinking among college students continues to rise," according to Join Together, a project of the Boston University School of Public Health.

But Federal government and other research repeatedly demonstrates that so-called binge drinking is not increasing. And it's irresponsible and counter-productive to engage in self-serving scare-mongering.
