How Much Alcohol is Too Much?
An alcohol self-test is available at AlcoholScreening.org. It is a service of the Join Together organization as part of its Demand Treatment! initiative.
The site does not provide a diagnosis of alcohol abuse, alcohol dependence or any other alcohol condition. The information that it provides cannot substitute for a full evaluation by a health professional and should only be used as a guide to understand your alcohol use and any potential for health problems that might be involved with it.
The site provides links to other information about alcohol. Reflecting the fact that Join Together is supported by the temperance-oriented Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, some of those links reflect that bias. Nevertheless, the AlcoholScreening can be a useful screening device.
