This renowned musical tale follows a boy’s adventure through the forest, where he encounters numerous animal friends, a dangerous wolf, and hunters, each with a unique musical theme, and provides a fun and accessible introduction to an orchestral performance. With narration.

This concert will also feature the 1st place winner of the 2013 James & Katherine Andrews Young Artist Instrumental Competition playing a solo concerto accompanied by the full orchestra.
