Box Office Information

Box Office Hours
The CPS Box Office is open 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, while SUNY Potsdam is in session.

Buying Tickets
Tickets may be purchased in person or over the phone. We accept cash, checks, Visa/Mastercard and Bear Express. Tickets purchased over the phone will be mailed or held at will call at the discretion of the purchaser. Payment is made at point of sale; we do not accept unpaid reservations. Tickets may also be purchased in person at Northern Music & Video in downtown Potsdam during normal business hours.

Buying Tickets Online
Tickets to most CPS and some other events may be purchased online. When purchasing tickets online, you will only be able to choose your section, not your seat. Ticket packages and special discounts are only available through the CPS Box Office by phone or in person. Call the CPS Box Office at 315-267-2277 if you have questions.

Exchange and Refund Policy
Ticket sales are considered final. Tickets may not be refunded or exchanged. If you cannot attend an event, please consider donating your ticket back to CPS as a tax deductible donation.

Attending an event
Doors open approximately 60 minutes prior to the performance time at the discretion of the management. Persons arriving late will be seated between movements or at the discretion of the management. Persons leaving during the performance should do so at an appropriate break in the program.

Will Call
Tickets held at Will Call will be available for pick-up on the night of the event at a special table near the box office. The Box Office opens approximately 90 minutes before the time of the concert.

Infants and Children
Infants and children require a ticket: no babes-in-arms, please. Children 4 and younger are admitted free to Meet the Arts events. Children and infants are ticketed at the Youth rate for Guest Artist Series events. CPS management reserves the right to ask audience members with disruptive children to leave the concert hall.

Lost or Ruined Tickets
If tickets are lost or damaged, contact the CPS Box Office at 315-267-2277 about replacements.

Special Needs
Hosmer Hall and Snell Theater are wheelchair accessible. Call the box office to purchase special seating tickets.
