Buying Tickets Online
Tickets to most CPS events and some of our outlet events may be purchased online. When purchasing tickets online, you will only be able to choose your section, not your seat. Ticket packages and special discounts are only available through the CPS Box Office.
As with most online ticketing agencies, eTix charges a convenience fee of $1 plus 9.2% of the ticket cost. This will be added on to your ticket total. This is an eTix fee, not a CPS fee. After you complete your purchase, you'll be asked to print out your tickets. If you experience any problems, please call the CPS Box Office at 315.267.2277 and we will be happy to assist you.

Event Night
Doors to the performance hall open approximately 30 minutes prior to the performance time at the discretion of the management.
Out of courtesy to the performers and audience, persons arriving late will be seated between movements or at the discretion of the management. We request that persons leaving the performance hall do so at an appropriate break in the program. -top-
Exchanges and Refunds
We regret that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend an event, please consider donating your ticket to CPS as a tax-deductible contribution by calling 315-267-2277.

Infants and Children
We believe it is important to introduce children to the performing arts and to promote family concert attendance whenever possible. However, all members of our audience have the right to enjoy a performance without distraction. CPS management reserves the right to ask audience members with disruptive children to leave the concert hall.
Infants and children always require a ticket: no babes-in-arms. For Meet the Arts events, there is no charge for children 4 and younger. For Guest Artist Series events, all children and infants are ticketed at the Youth rate.

Ticket Pricing
CPS strives to present the highest caliber of professional artists available and to keep ticket prices affordable for our patrons. We plan our seasons by selecting the artists that best fit our artistic goals and structure ticket prices to meet the expenses associated with those performances. Discounts to our Guest Artists Series concerts are available for senior citizens (age 62 or older), SUNY Potsdam Faculty, Staff and Students, and youth (newborns to 18 years of age). For our CPS Meet the Arts series dedicated to families, children 4 and under are complimentary, but must have a ticket; no babes-in-arms. A 15% discount is available for groups of 10 or more. Please call the CPS Box Office at 315-267-2277 for more information. Will Call
Tickets held on Will Call will be available for pick-up on the night of the event. The Will Call table will be set up near the box office. The box office opens approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before the time of the concert.
