- NYSSMA Winter Conference Attendance
- Update on information about the conference (from Dean Sitton)
- Tentative information; not set in stone
- Four options:
- To & from Rochester on busses same day
- To Rochester on busses, stay overnight in hotel rooms which Crane provides, and return on busses Friday afternoon
- To Rochester on busses, stay Thursday night in hotel rooms provided by Crane, but arrange for your own lodging on Friday and your own transportation home Saturday
- In this case, Crane may get hotel rooms for us and we could reimburse them; this way we wouldn't need to switch rooms
- There may be a big dinner with Fredonia and Crane students
- If you're in Northern Symphonic Winds -and- a performing group, Crane will provide your room on Thursday night, but you may need to pay for Friday night yourself
- If you're not in an ensemble, you can probably go on the ensemble busses anyway
- Candlelight rehearsal Friday night--does it exist? We've been told it doesn't, but recently CSA was told they might add one.
